Gosoft developed the main B2C booking engine and a popular E-commerce platforms for our biggest customers using AWS services. CP Retaillink’s main line of business is hardware and after-sale maintenance. During after-sale, maintenance team manually records their activities with papers, resulting in loss of data. Working backwards from CP Retaillink’s pain point in inefficient tracking of maintenance team footprints, Gosoft has invented RSSM system as a centralized data platform for over 10,000 stores, improving supply chain visibility and performance efficiencies. With Gosoft’s expertise in AWS products, RSSM is developed using ECS, Fargate, Aurora RDS, S3 and Cloud Watch. The system is set up for high availability using multi-AZ and high reliability with AWS technology.
