- Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) is designed in a parallel redudant (1+1) configuration with
dual input to each UPS module for aded redundancy.
- UPS system ("Liebert" Hipulse 160Kva x 2) is configured with 10 minutes battery autonomy at full load in the event of incoming feed failure.

- Independent Power Distribution Units (PDU) are configured to provide dual feeds (feed A and feed B) from the UPS system such that the failure of one source will not effect the other in any way.

Environment
- Lighting within the Data Center technical zone is maintained at approximately 500 lux at raised floor level.

- Optimum operating temperature in the technical areas is controlled through precision computer room air-condition (CRAC) units in N+1 configuration, with automatic duty cycling and changeover and 100% backed up by back up power generator.

Fire protection system
- High Sensitivity Smoke Detection System (HSSD) is installed both under and above the raised floor system of the technical areas to provide early warning to presence of potentail fire hazards within the data center. This is extremely important to prevent a minor fire hazard form escalation into disaster.
- Smoke detectors. (Photoelectric & lonization) Place both above and under the raised floor system provide a second level of warning to the presence of hire hazards.
- Upon detection of fire, the environmentally friendly and non-corrosive FM200 gas fire suppression
system will be activated to suppress the fire, Fire suppression systems are time delayed for 30 seconds with provision for manual override in case of false alarm.
Serveillance and access control systems
- The Data Center is manned 24x7 by gosoft staff in IT operation center (IOC) and security guard officer. IOC is equipped with set of color "Kadicom" DVR-Digital Video monitor "Pelco" -21" and able to access the system monitor screen using Web brower.
- Access to the Data Center is controlled by:
- 2 finger Scan system at Data Center Main Entrance and Server Room
- "Cardax" Proximity Access Control System for EE and IOC room
- Exit push button
- Magnetic Locks
- All Data Center accessed points and strategic locations in the technical areas are monitored by state of the art
surveillance cameras on a 24x7 basis (14 set of color camera "Pelco" and recorder model 1816M). These digital recordings are archived for at least 3 months.
- All access to the Data Center is governed by stringent security policy to ensure that only authorized gosoft staff and sustomer/vender representatives are allowed access to the technical areas.
Security
- Access Control-via Smartcard Proximity Access Control System.
- Security Cameras at strategic locations monitor movement in/out of the Data Center.
- Security Guards-Responsible for physical security by partrolling and monitoring the perimeters of the Data Center as well as the movement control of personnel in/out of the building.

Resource monitoring
- Resource Monitoring is designed to provide comprehensive parameter monitoring and recording for a wide variety of systems and services. It raised and event notification should any of the monitored parameters fall out of the pre-defined range of values. The parameter valuse are graphed and reported, and is a suitable source of data for trend analysis and capacity planning
